Royal Crown Bakery

We had gone here for my brother in laws Birthday. Their food never disappoints. Always amazing and delish! Staff is wonderful, courteous, and super friendly. My only complaint is that we couldn't sit 9 people together bc it is too small, but the small quaint dining is what give Royal Crown its cozy charm. So I would not even call it a complaint. We still love them and their food. Definitely a must have if you have never been to the island. We will always be a loyal customer.

The cuisine is amazing but the cakes and the pastries are lit they taste amazing I love them so much they have the best taste ever and they are at the right price and staff is really friendly

My only wish is that they would open a Royal Crown in Astoria on Ditmars. Simply put there is no better bakery anywhere period. I drive from Astoria to Staten Island and it's damn worth it. Two person favorites, the everything bread and the chocolate bread. No matter where I bring them everybody asks me where did you get this. It's beyond delicious. To the owners of Royal Crown, walk down Ditmars it is a gold mine of business. People will flock to your establishment if you open one. Until you do I will continue to drive through any traffic to get to my bread. 😊

Very pleasantly surprised by this roadside brunch spot. The egg breakfast was delicious and very affordable, bagels were tasty and fresh. Huge selection of pastries and desserts. Highly recommend, will visit again!

Great bakery that’s very well known in the metro area. Very clean and organized bakery that offers several dozen options of pies, cakes, pastries, desserts and breads. Prices are a bit higher than others but you get great taste and quality in return. I definitely recommend.

Everything in this cafe looks very tasty. We bought a whole cake and baguette. The cake and baguette were not delicious. We were disappointed.

We enjoyed Royal Crown Bakery Several times during our stay on Staten Island. Peter was our waiter each time and provided great service. We came for breakfast and lunch, both were great. The brickoven bread made a great breakfast sandwich with egg, ham and tomato. The various cookies and pastries were delicious. Our favorites were the lemon granita frozen in lemon and the tea with the lemon granita. So yummy! Great prices for quality food and service. Nice outside eating area and latex free kitchen.

Great coffee, great bread, the best bagels in the world, awesome food all around, o yeah and cake too! Everything is good here.you cant go wrong no matter what you eat here!

My friend, a Staten Island native, took my group and me here for lunch, and it was super.Everything was just so fresh and delicious, I was blown away. I got the roast beef sandwich with fresh mozzarella and balsamic, with extra balsamic to dip into. I will definitely be returning here on my next visit to the island!

It’s impossible for me to talk about a bad meal that I have had here, because it simply has not happened! The food is exquisite, no matter which meal you’re there for. The coffee is (almost always) out of this world, The variety and quality of desserts are outstanding, and the bread defies words. The prices on everything are incredibly reasonable. The staff is always super friendly. It is sometimes very crowded, but that’s more of a testament to the quality of this place, and to what an institution they are on Staten Island! The parking isn’t really the greatest, and sometimes the service can be a little slow, but overall, it’s one of my favorite places to eat brunch.

A staten island landmark! Amazing food, from desert to lunch. Awesome staff. A bit pricey, but worth it. Parking situation is a disaster. Alway packed. Great for takeout. Bakery is the best.

The Steak hero was amazing! Our server was great, giving us some great suggestions as this was our first visit. Their bread is delicious and there were so many desserts to choose from.

One of the best Bakeries (and not only) in Staten Island...Visit it , you will not regret it.

The food is great here!!! The prices are a little high for a cafe/bakery and sometimes the staff is a tad snappy. Ive been going here for 15 years and Ive never eaten anything that I didn't like.

Great freaking place. Prices are great also. If you think you’ll find a better bakery, then GETTHEFUGOUTTAHERE. Chicken parm literally made me say “minchia!”

A local fave and now I know why. Love the pastrami and also tasted my wife's panini. Cant wait to come back for more

Good sandwiches and pretty good bread but a lil over priced for sandwiches. I've had macaroni and that was good as well . There prices are 9n the high end so expect to spend if your feeding a family. 5 people is gonna run anywhere from 65 to 80 dollars. I will say there balsamic glaze is tasty and I enjoy their sandwiches just wish it was a little more reasonably priced.

Best bread, bagels and chocolate bread ever. Use to live here moved to Fl and couldn’t wait to pick up some bagels on my visit. Had to have their cheeseburger. Love this place.

I am obsessed with Carlos Bakery’s Lobster tails but the moment I tried these bakeries lobster tails and cannolis I will never go back to Carlos. The pastries were amazing. I also had the fruit tarts and I was surprised with how fresh the berries were and even though I ate them the day after the tart wasn’t soggy or soft. I give this place 5 stars and can’t wait to go back and get more. Definitely recommend!!!

The cheese cake is amazing 20x better than that Brooklyn place (Jr's). Friendly staff great service

Great food whether it's breakfast or lunch. It does get busy and takes a little longer than average to get food but it's worth the wait. Fantastic bagles and bread. Pastries are also really good. Additional parking is also down the block from the place.

Always a pleasure coming here. Penne ala Vodka is my go to dish. But honestly its enough to feed two people. The servings are quite big so it’s definitely fun to come with 3-4 people and try out different things together.Decent pricing and their bakery items NEVER fail.Coffee is a plus!

Best Italian sandwiches around, best Bread ever. excellent coffee and pastry. Chocolate bread and bagels are fantastic.
